Today's Cornwall Cricket League Premier 50/50 Cup start an hour earlier - at noon - due to county first team players travelling to Hertfordshire for tomorrow's crunch Minor Counties match.

A win for Tom Sharp's unchanged county side against Herts at North Mymms (1100 start) will enable Cornwall to reach the MCCA Trophy semi-finals.

2012 MCCA KO TROPHY UDPATE: WALES & SOUTH WEST

Devon and Wiltshire suffered an unwanted hat-trick when their third successive MCCA Trophy group matches of the season were washed out.

Devon are now midway in group one, topped by Cornwall and Hertfordshire, following yesterday's abandonment of their home game against Bedfordshire at Bovey Tracey without a ball being bowled.

North Devon are due to begin their title defence at last season’s runners-up Sidmouth while newly promoted A Division champions Torquay are at home to Plymouth, who finished sixth in the top 10 last summer.
