2012 Minor Counties champions Cornwall open their 2013 MCCA KO Trophy campaign against Hertfordshire at Werrington CC today (1100).
In yesterday's Cornwall Cricket League there were Premier 50/50 Cup wins for Falmouth, St Just, Truro and holders Werrington.

The 2013 club cricket league season is in full swing today as Devon, Dorset, Somerset and West of England Premier programmes begin - may the Gayle force be with you!
It will be a special summer spell for the Somerset Cricket League, founded in 1973 and celebrating its 40th season.

Exeter Chiefs' Sandy Park, Gloucester Rugby's Kingsholm Stadium and the Millenium Stadium at Cardiff were confirmed as Rugby World Cup 2015 venues today.
Sandy Park will stage Tonga's pool C match on Tuesday September 19, 2015, another pool C game on Wednesday October 7 as well as Italy's pool D match on Sunday October 11, 2015.

The final takes placed over the championship links at Formby Golf Club, on the Lancashire coast.

Wiltshire play Lincolnshire in their second group match in the MCCA Trophy on Sunday at Woodhall Spa (1100).
Wiltshire aim to bounce back from their disappointing defeat against Norfolk and make one change from that match with Bridgwater's Mike Coles - unavailable for the opener - replacing Neil Clark.
