Plymouth Argyle boss John Sheridan hopes Saturday goal hero Jason Banton is fit for tomorrow's crucial relegation "six-pointer" at second from bottom York City.
Tottenham-born Banton, 20, scored a superb solo winner in first half stoppage time as Sheridan's Pilgrims overcame Devon derby rivals Exeter City in front of League Two's biggest gate of the season, 13,251, at Home Park.

Penryn RFC stages the first regional rugby sevens of the summer today.
As of yesterday there were 13 teams – and two "definitely maybes" - taking the field of play in the popular Penryn 7s Easter egg-chasing tournament at Kernick Road, which starts at 1130.

Wales fly half Dan Biggar has signed a new three-year deal with hometown club Ospreys ahead of Saturday's big RaboDirect Pro 12 clash with Cardiff Blues at the Millenium Stadium (1715).
The Swansea-born 23-year-old has committed to stay at Ospreys - where has made 121 appearances so far - until the end of the 2015-16 season.
