Cornwall Under 20s welcome back fit-again hooker Locryn Williams and wing Jake Woodward ahead of today’s national championship quarter final away to Kent U20 at Charlton Park RFC (1400).
The young black and golds were pipped 31-29 by Devon and cool-headed Matt Grieveson's successful last penalty kick of the game at his home club Ivybridge RFC last month.

Henry Trinder features in a Gloucester Rugby matchday squad for the first time since September when the Cherry & Whites return to Aviva Premiership action at Leicester Tigers tomorrow (1945).
Only Bill Meakes, Dan Robson and Dan Murphy retain their places in a starting XV that defeated Harlequins 25-7 in the LV= Cup last weekend.

England Boys internationals Harry Hall and Jamie Li are set to tee off at the Portugese Amateur Championship at Montado Golf Resort in Palmela today.
West Cornwall Golf Club's Hall, 17, is the reigning Welsh Youths Open champion. Last year he represented England Golf in the Irish Boys Open and the Sir Henry Cooper Junior Masters, finishing equal eighth.

Torquay United have been drawn against either Wrexham AFC or FC Halifax Town in the FA Trophy semi-finals.
The Gulls will travel for the first leg on Saturday February 21 before staging the second leg at Plainmoor on February 28.

Second placed Clifton resume their Investec Women’s Hockey Premier Division programme at home to seventh placed Reading at the University of Bristol’s Coombe Dingle Sports Complex knowing victory would put them level on points with leaders Surbiton at the start of 2015.
