Plymouth Argyle boss Ryan Lowe was delighted as the Pilgrims beat visitors MK Dons 1-0 to end a six-match losing League One run thanks to Scottish striker Ryan Hardie's winning strike.Lowe beamed: “It’s a win and a clean sheet, and we can enjoy Christmas now!”

Curtis Damerell hit a hat-trick as Torpoint moved to the top of the Peninsula East table in emphatic style on a cold and blustery afternoon at The Mill.
Damerell broke the deadlock in the 15th minute and completed home scoring and his hat-trick just after the hour.
