Plymouth Albion tackle the Cornish Pirates in the British & Irish Cup tonight at Brickfields (1945).
The tie comes just 11 days after Penzance-based Pirates won a 20-16 RFU Championship thriller at Brickfields thanks to full back Dave Doherty's 73rd minute try, converted by Ceiron Thomas.
Graham Dawe's Albion lost 29-25 away to Moseley in their cup opener, while Pirates beat Bristol Rugby 50-22 at the Mennaye Field.
Fit-again former Redruth fly-half Aaron Penberthy, 19, is poised to make his Pirates debut while Rob Avery-Wright is set for his Albion bow at 10.
Avery-Wright will become the latest 18-year-old to start for Plymouth following in the footsteps of Dan Lee, Henry Slade and Jack Nowell, who debuted at Moseley.
Albion are able to welcome back centre Paul Bailey following an ankle injury and international lock forward Tyler Hotson, who has been on World Cup duty with Canada in New Zealand.
Albion will also hand a debut to Gareth Espin at full-back.
Steve Johns - who has played for both Devon and Cornwall - will captain Albion in the cross-Tamar cup clash while flanker Kyle Marriott will skipper Pirates against his former club.
Cup rules enable Cornish All Blacks forward Mike Rawlings to guest at open-side flanker for the Pirates while CABs back row forward Josh Lord begins on the bench along with Redruth scrum-half Matt Shepherd.
