Steve Rickard’s Duchy side edged 3-2 up in the morning singles and then forged further ahead in the afternoon singles, led by Welsh international ace Rhys Enoch at one.

Wins for Enoch (Truro) Ben Westgate (Trevose) Conor Wilson, Chris Fleming (both Perranporth) Jon Hancock (Newquay) and Metthew Allen (The Kendleshire) helped Cornwall to a 6 ½-3 ½ singles success and hoisted them back to the top of the table.
