PIRATES CONFIRM SIX SUMMER CAPTURES

Cornish Pirates have announced six incoming summer signings for the 2012-13 RFU Championship campaign.
Wasps centre Alex Cheeseman, 23, will join Nottingham’s former Plymouth Albion fly half Kieran Hallett and former Pirate centre Alaifatu “Junior” Fatialofa, the 31-year-old Bristol and ex-Exeter flyer at the Mennaye next season.
New to the Pirates pack next term will be Birmingham & Solhull back row forward Adam Clayton, 24, London Irish lock Gary Johnson and experienced Nottingham prop Ben Prescott.

• Pirates host London Welsh in the 2011-2012 RFU Championship final first leg on Wednesday (Mennaye Field, Penzance 1945).
