Scrum half Cameron Setter is set to make his first start for Plymouth Albion RFC in tonight’s must-win British & Irish Cup tie against Jersey RFC at St Peter (1930ko).
Declan Cusack, who made his first appearance of the season in last Friday’s 19-19 Championship draw at Yorkshire Carnegie, starts at fly half.
Dual registered Jack Arnott – from Exeter Chiefs, born in Plymouth - moves from wing to full back with Australian Marc Koteczky switching to the centre.
Fijian international Sam Matavesi starts the game at hooker and skippers Albion for the first time.
There are recalls for lock Tom Jubb and flanker Eoghan Grace so dual registered Sam Simmonds - from Exeter Chiefs, born in Torquay - switches to number 8.
Plymouth Albion are bottom of pool five with three points from three games and the only realistic chance they have of reaching the B&I Cup quarter finals is to win their three remaining ties.
Albion will be seeking to avenge a 19-0 league defeat at St Peter on November 8.
