Exeter University hosts four of the five free to see finals today while last night the purpose-built hockey pitch at Plymouth Marjon University staged the women’s plate final between Plymouth’s Devonport Services and Totnes-based Dart (pictured).

England Hockey shieldUniversity of Exeter claimed their first Men’s Hockey League Premier Division point with a 1-1 comeback draw at defending champions Surbiton.

James Thomas converted a 52nd minute penalty corner opportunity for the newly promoted greens just four minutes after former University ace James Royce had put the home side ahead in open play.
