Greens gaffer Derek Adams said: "They are progressing but out this Saturday.

“The physio is trying to get Reuben and Hiram back as soon as possible. We don't have a timescale for that. All they are doing is working away and trying to get the injury improved and get them back in training as soon as possible."

Keeper Luke McCormick suffered an ankle injury in Tuesday’s 5-3 JPT defeat by Millwall but centre back Peter Hartley - who also took a knock - is available.

"Luke has struggled a wee bit with the ankle over the last two games but we'll assess him again today. Peter's fine, fully fit and he'll be training today"

Scot Jackie McNamara will take charge of 22nd placed York for the first time.

Adams added: "They're a team that have got a bit about them but we've shown this season we can score goals, we've got the players in the team to do that and it’s about doing that again on Saturday."
