NATIONAL COUNTIES T20 round two team news

NCCA-Logo MasterGreg Smith, the former Derbyshire and Essex all-rounder, will make his debut for Wales NC against Oxfordshire at Wormsley today.  

Smith previously played National Counties cricket for Cornwall but has joined Wales as player/assistant coach this season.  

Glamorgan Academy seamer Ben Morris has been included in Wales’ T20 squad along with the experienced Aneurin Norman.  

Oxfordshire, fresh from a double over Berkshire last week, have named former Sussex Second XI seamer Josh Shaw in their squad for a potential competitive debut.  

Callum Haggett, the former Kent and Somerset all-rounder, will captain Devon against Cornwall at Werrington in the absence of Jamie Stephens and Matt Thompson.  

Cornwall have included Scott Kellow and Tom Dinnis in their squad after they shared the honours with Herefordshire at Brockhampton last week.
 
Phil Harris, the Barnards Green and former Cardiff MCCU all-rounder, has been included in Herefordshire’s squad for the first time in seven years for their games against Wiltshire at the South Wilts club in Salisbury.  

Wiltshire make one change to the squad that was beaten twice by Dorset last week with Josh Croom replacing Brad Dawson. Warwickshire left-arm wrist spinner Jake Lintott and Gloucestershire all-rounder Will Naish are again available for National Counties duty.
