Stuart Lancaster admits he is excited about the inclusion of Bath’s 20-year-old fly half George Ford in the England Senior squad.
Having starred for England’s Under 20 side for the past three years, Ford, Bath team-mate Anthony Watson and Exeter Chiefs' Cornish flyer Jack Nowell have been on Lancaster’s radar for a long time.

Bristol’s Elite Squash upset the form book with a brilliant 3-2 win at reigning Premier Squash League champions Surrey to make a flying start to 2014.
Bristol had not won on the road in four years and trailed 2-0 at the defending champions before scoring the shock result of the season thanks to wins for world no 4 Mohamed Elshorbagy, David Evans and Thomas Ford.

Torquay United have appointed passionate former promotion-winning skipper Chris Hargreaves as new first team manager - and the man to stave off relegation from League Two.
Devon-based Hargreaves, 41, returns to Torquay following a south coast switch from AFC Bournemouth, where he was first team coach. It will be Hargreaves' first foray into Football League management.

Teenage striker Tyler Harvey has returned to Plymouth Argyle following his loan spell at in-form Conference Premier side Salisbury City.
Plymouth-born Harvey, 18, made four appearances for 10th placed Salisbury, scoring in the 3-1 Boxing Day win at Woking.

Weymouth have appointed goalkeeper Jason Matthews as player-manager of their Southern League Premier first team.
The 38-year-old keeper – caretaker boss at Weymouth since they parted company with Brendon King a month ago – will be guest at a special Terras’ fans forum following next Saturday’s home league match against Corby Town.
