Plymouth Albion tackle the Cornish Pirates in the British & Irish Cup tonight at Brickfields (1945).
The tie comes just 11 days after Penzance-based Pirates won a 20-16 RFU Championship thriller at Brickfields thanks to full back Dave Doherty's 73rd minute try, converted by Ceiron Thomas.

South African international ace Ian Haley scored twice as University of Exeter got back on track in the England Hockey League Men’s Premier Division with a 4-2 win at Southgate.
Haley – who is set to be one of the Springboks stars at next summer’s Olympic Games in London – gave the students a flying start by opening the scoring at Southgate in the second minute.

Cornwall’s 2008 Olympic open water bronze medallist Cassandra Patten has announced her retirement from swimming due to an ongoing shoulder injury.
Cardinham-born Patten, 24, won bronze in Beijing and has two World Championship 10 km Open Water silvers.

Plymouth College centre Ollie Clenaghan scored a superb solo try as the first XV maintained their winning start to the new schools season with a 15-8 triumph at Truro College.
With seconds remaining and Truro on the attack, quick thinking Clenaghan intercepted a home pass and sped in from the halfway line to secure victory.
