Torquay United swept up to eighth in League Two following a convincing 2-1 win over Dagenham & Redbridge at Plainmoor.
Gulls boss Martin Ling said: "It's another League Two game that we have had to dig out against a team in a good run of form. We've got back to back wins after disappointing results. It gets us back into the race again and is a good way to kick off December."

England Women secured an impressive 17-8 win against world champions New Zealand in Aldershot, with tries from flanker Hannah Gallagher and centre Joanne Watmore and seven points from the boot of full back Emily Scarratt.
The victory, England’s second in four days against their southern hemisphere rivals, gives Gary Street’s side an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series ahead of Saturday’s final test at Twickenham Stadium.
