Former Plymouth Argyle, Weymouth and Truro City midfielder Jordan Copp has joined ambitious Western League Premier Plymouth Parkway.The Saltash-born 25-year-old will aim to help Lee Hobbs' Parkway go one better than last term, when the yellows finished runners-up in their debut season in the Western League Premier division.

Gloucestershire pipped hosts Dorset at the post to win the coveted South West Matchplay Shield at Parkstone Golf Club.
Gary Ward's side made it four wins from five with a last day emphatic victory over Devon while Ian Veale's Cornwall became the first county to beat Tom Leech's Dorset, rallying from 5-3 down to upset the hosts by winning three of the four afternoon foursomes.

Experienced midfielder David Fox has bid farewell to Plymouth Argyle after three years at the club and over 140 appearances in green.The popular 35 year old pass master has a young family and made a regular pilgrimage to Plymouth from his home in Manchester during the football seasons since joining Argyle in July 2016.

English County finalists Somerset held hosts Dorset to a draw to finally get off the mark in the matchplay rounds at Parkstone.Following back to back defeats Somerset halved the morning singles 4-4 and the afternoon foursomes to put a brake on table-topping Dorset's winning start.
