Plymouth Leander topped the 2010 Amateur Swimming Association South West Youth Championship final medals table at Millfield.
Leander returned to Plymouth with a 91-medal haul including 33 golds and 28 silvers following another highly successful weekend for the club.
Hosts Millfield finished runners-up, Taunton Deane third and TeamBath fourth.
