There are a string of top running clubs throughout the region and I intend to try and link you to them all eventually.
First off . . . Tamar Trotters, who are based in Saltash and boast a superb, informative website as well as being an all-round welcoming, friendly and helpful club.
The Trotters website boasts a great race diary as well as providing a speedy list of race results.
