It is England’s first home game of this year’s tournament and the first Six Nations tie at Twickenham to be played in front of a full crowd since the corresponding fixture in March 2020 – where England beat Wales 33-30.
Once again there is a strong contingent of players with South West connections in the squad including Cornish duo Luke Cowan-Dickie and Jack Nowell, and their Devon-born Exeter Chiefs team-mates Henry Slade and Sam Simmonds.
Bristol born Leicester Tiger Ellis Genge retains his place along with Bournemouth born Bath lock Charlie Ewels.
Ewels' Bath team-mate Will Stuart is also in the 25 as are Bristol Bears Kyle Sinckler and Harry Randall, the exciting 24 year old former Hartpury half back.
Saturday's clash is live on ITV and BBC Radio 5 Live.
