Cornwall's former Cornish Pirate centurion Kyle Moyle starts at fullback with Argentinian international Santiago Carreras and Ollie Thorley on the wings. Giorgi Kveseladze and Billy Twelvetrees link up again in the midfield with scrum half Meehan coming in to partner Lloyd Evans.
Prop Ford-Robinson, Jack Singleton and Fraser Balmain make up the front row with Freddie Clarke and Matias Alemanno continuing their partnership at lock.
Number six Reid, Ruan Ackermann and captain Lewis Ludlow make up the back row.
Santiago Socino, Harry Elrington, Kirill Gotovtsev, Andrew Davidson and Jack Clement are named as forward replacements with Charlie Chapman, Adam Hastings and Tom Seabrook covering the backs.
Skivington is looking forward to today's West derby at Sandy Park: “It’s really exciting to go down there. We’ve been on the road a few times and the boys have been extremely focused. You go to Exeter and you know the challenge that they pose. We’ll work hard and do our best.”
