Injuries to Phil Dollman (rib) and Lachie Turner (face) mean Henry Slade switches to full-back for Premiership champions Exeter Chiefs at Northampton.

Recalled Sam Hill partners Ian Whitten in the centre and Will Chudley starts at scrum-half.

Harry Williams is brought back into the front-row at the expense of Tomas Francis, Jonny Hill swaps places with Mitch Lees in the second-row, while Dave Ewers returns to the back-row. Ewers is set to make his first Premiership start since April.

On the bench, props Carl Rimmer and Greg Holmes and half-backs Stuart Townsend and Joe Simmonds are recalled to first team 23.

Simmonds scored 27 points for Exeter Braves in a 62-0 A League victory at Gloucester United on Monday.
