Wales will start the match as favourites following their 36-3 win at the Arms Park in the corresponding fixture last January, followed up by a 30-0 win in the return fixture at Franklin Gardens, Northampton in May.

This year's return fixture date has been set for April 26 with a venue still to be confirmed.

Welsh centre Wes Pooley (Minehead Barbarians RFC) who scored four tries in the corresponding fixture last year starts at 13 while the home side also includes Exmouth prop David Wellbeloved.

Cornish centre Ben Jordan (Penryn RFC) is one of six new caps, five of them in the starting XV, for England.

The England Deaf starting XV also includes Lydney RFC hooker Ollie Evans and Hartpury College RFC centre Cameron Roberts.
