Gloucester's Ross Moriarty and Exeter Chiefs' Joel Conlon will make their first England Under 20 start at six and seven tonight against Scotland at Plymouth Albion RFC (Brickfields, 1745).
England kick off their U20s 6 Nations campaign against auld rivals in new surroundings.
It is the first time that Brickfields has staged a rugby international and therefore all the more special for a handful of rising young stars from Exeter Chiefs, including Plymothians Henry Slade and Jack Arnott.
Slade's first games at the ground were at 10 for Plymouth College in the Daily Mail RBS Schools Cup while Arnott began playing rugby across the road from Brickfields at The Rectory, Devonport Services RFC.
Slade, wing Arnott and Cornish prop Luke Cowan-Dickie are dual registered at Albion.
Exeter-born Hill is dual registered with Cornish Pirates and is another Ivybridge Community College product along with Taunton-born Chief Conlon.
Arnott admits: "I'm really looking forward to playing in front of a home crowd and I'm sure it'll be a great occasion."
England U20 head coach Rob Hunter says "It's great to have some local boys playing at Plymouth, I'm sure that they can't wait to get out there. We know that Scotland are well coached, organised and highly motivated. It will be a tough game."
