Sam Vesty makes his first Bath Rugby start of the season at inside centre in tomorrow's Aviva Premiership derby at Gloucester (Kingsholm ko 1415).
Vesty will partner Dan Hipkiss in midfield with Stephen Donald starting in his preferred role at fly half after playing inside centre in the 31-10 win over Sale Sharks.
Donald replaces Cornwall's Olly Barkley, who has joined Racing Metro 92 after signing off with a farewell win at the Rec.
In the absence of injured club captain Stuart Hooper (hamstring) Dominic Day partners former Cherry and White Dave Attwood in the engine room while Devon born hooker Lee Mears sports the skipper’s arm band.
Attwood said: "Kingsholm was once home to me and is a special place. To be arriving there this weekend with my Bath teammates is a real honour. These are special days and there is a huge amount of history to remember as you run out. I can't wait for the game."
