England Under 20 coaches Rob Hunter and Nick Walshe have named a squad of 28 ahead of next month's 2012 IRB Junior World Championship in South Africa.
The England squad contains a magnificent seven South West players – from Bath, Gloucester and Exeter Chiefs - as England seek to better last season’s second place finish.
The forwards boast Gloucester Rugby's Torquay-born hooker Koree Britton - from Dartmouth, Devon - and Exeter Chiefs prop Luke Cowan-Dickie, who was born in Truro and raised in Penzance, Cornwall.
Among the backs are former Plymouth College fly half Henry Slade and Exeter-born centre Sam Hill, both now at Chiefs.
Bath-born fly half Tom Heatchote now represents his hometown team while Gloucester centre Ryan Mills was born in Exeter and attended West Exe Technology College.
Mills' Gloucester team-mate, scrum half Dan Robson, hails from Stoke-on-Trent.
Six Nations winners England face Italy (June 4, Cape Town) then Ireland (June 8, Stellenbosch) before meeting hosts South Africa in Stellenbosch on June 12, a year after beating the Springboks 26-20.
