SW RUGBY Hanks and White commit to Chiefs

exeter chiefs logoExeter Chiefs forwards James Hanks and Ben White have agreed new two year deals with the Aviva Premiership club.

Hanks has made 176 appearances for the club and is one of the club's longest-serving players having made his debut for Chiefs against the Cornish Pirates in 2005.

White is a relative newcomer having signed during the summer of 2011 from Cardiff Blues. He has so far appeared 31 times for the Chiefs, although he sustained a knee injury in the home win over Harlequins at the start of October.

Both players are seen as key figures in Exeter's future and Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter has wasted little time in tying them down to new contracts.

Chris Whitehead, Luke Cowan-Dickie, Will Chudley, Phil Dollman and Carl Rimmer have already agreed new deals to keep them at Sandy Park for a further two years.
