Gloucestershire can still qualify for the 2014 RFU Under 20 County Championship quarter finals following a 16-15 pool four win over Hertfordshire at Cinderford RFC.
Weston-super-Mare full back Jack Skelton landed a stoppage time penalty in driving rain to clinch victory (pictured).
Skelton converted fly half Ollie Locke’s 11th minute try before his 20th minute penalty put the home side ahead 10-0.
Herts rallied to draw level at half time before Skelton edged Gloucestershire 13-10 up in the second half.
Kent – who beat Gloucestershire 20-16 – remain unbeaten ahead of the final round of matches on Sunday March 16 when they visit second placed Herts.
Mike Panoho's Gloucestershire under 20s will be seeking maximum pool points - five - when they host Berkshire back at Cinderford.
At the end of the day it could all come down to points difference on the field of play.
