The 33-year-old former Caley Jags captain has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at Huish Park having reached a settlement to leave the Scottish Championship outfit a year early. Warren led Thistle to three cup finals, most recently winning the Scottish Challenge Cup in March.
After 218 appearances in six years at Inverness, the Bristolian returns closer to home to link up with Darren Way's League Two Somerset side.
Former Newport skipper Warren - who previously played for Team Bath and Mangotsfield United - left County for Inverness in 2012 lured by the prospect of playing for former Caley boss and England international central defender Terry Butcher.
Warren's Yeovil arrival comes in a week when Way snapped up 19-year-old keeper Nathan Baxter on a season-long loan from premiership giants Chelsea.
