Frome were level on 58 points with table-topping Thatcham Town when the season was abruptly halted following the coronavirus outbreak.
On his new deal Greaves told the Robins official website "I'm really pleased to have committed myself to the club.
"We wanted to do this to show I am committed to the club and the board are committed to myself and the rest of my management team.
"We have a fantastic group of players, a great set of honest lads who have worked incredibly hard over the last 12 months, and through my early conversations the majority will be back to build on the job we had started."
Greaves has moved swiftly to appoint Neil Simons as his new assistant manager.
Simons was manager at Western League Premier Division Chipping Sodbury Town before teaming up with former Mangotsfield United boss Ollie Price at Cossham Street.
Price has now teamed up with former Longwell Green Sports boss Mitch Hodge to form the management team at Western Premier Bristol side Cadbury Heath.
Hodge takes over from long-term Heath boss Andy Black - who is staying at the club - with Price assiting.
Kye Mountford has announced he won't be staying on as player-coach at highly flying South Division One South side Paulton Rovers next term.
Incidentally Paulton are looking for assistance with their media and social media platforms when football resumes.
Contact Rovers press officer Tony Walsh via Rovers website.
This is a great voluntary opportunity for any aspiring football reporter and/or media student with an interest in football.
