JAMES HARDING was Yate Town's FA Cup goal hero as the Southern Premier South Bluebells upset National League Dover Athletic 1-0 at Lodge Road last night.

YEOVIL TOWN were also celebrating a home win last night as goals from Charlie Wakefield (4) and Tom Knowles (47mins) enabled them to beat Woking to end a six-match winless run.

Victory edged the Glovers above South West rivals Torquay United and up to 14th in the National League.

WEYMOUTH also got back to winning ways, ending an eight match wait for a National League win by beating second bottom Aldershot Town 2-0 away.

The Terras goal heroes were Ben Thomson (9) and Josh Leslie-Smith (62).

ON SATURDAY Yeovil travel to in-form Solihull Moors, up to fifth following a 2-1 win at Altrincham, while 19th placed Weymouth host 20th placed King's Lynn Town, beaten 2-0 at Torquay last Saturday and 1-0 at home by Boreham Wood last night.

Gary Johnson's Gulls, now 15th, visit 11th placed Wrexham.

NEXT UP for Yate is another knockout home tie.

On Saturday the Bluebells host Southern League 1 South side Willand Rovers, from mid-Devon, in the FA Trophy third qualifying round.
