Salmon joins Hege Riise's first 21-player England Women's squad when they meet at St George's Park ahead of next Tuesday's televised home friendly against Northern Ireland (1230) at the team’s national training base.
The 20-year-old Bristol City forward has represented England up to Under 19s level and captained the Young Lionesses squad to fourth place at the UEFA Women’s Under 17s Championship in 2018.
She has scored nine goals in all competitions for Super League side City this season.
New England Women coach Riise said: “Ebony is a player who we have monitored closely for her club and through our development teams and is a young talented player who we think will benefit from exposure to the senior environment.
“She's been performing consistently at club level, showing great speed and scoring goals so we are excited to welcome her on camp.”
