Plymouth Argyle must win their penultimate League One game of the season at home to Southampton this afternoon (Home Park 1500) to be in with a last-day shout of staying up.
Following back to back 1-0 wins - at Dagenham & Redbridge and home to MK Dons - Argyle's Devon derby defeat by the same scoreline at Exeter on Saturday means they must win their final two (home) games to stand any chance of retaining their League One status.
Second from bottom Argyle have 42 points and a goal difference of minus 18 before today's crunch match against their south coast rivals, second placed Saints.
Argyle - relegated from the Championship last term - were promoted as League One (second division) champions in 2004.
