In yesterday’s Cornwall Cricket League Premier 50/50 Cup ties there were wins for St Just, Paul, Grampound Road and Werrington.
St Just remain unbeaten after three rounds and a high scoring game at Falmouth, where the home side made 246-4 including 80 runs from Stefan Churcher. St Just made 247-5 in reply with Gary Thomas top scoring with 84.
Paul made 187-8 at home to Troon who were 100 all out in reply.
St Austell were bowled out for 106 at Grampound Road who lost three wickets in reaching the target.
Newquay were 71 all out at home to Werrington who passed the target for the loss of four wickets.
In County Division 1 the results were: Camborne 272-7 beat Hayle 131 all out
Launceston 128 all out lost to Roche 129-3
Beacon 230-5 beat Ludgvan 194 all out
Penzance 89 all out lost to Wadebridge 93-3
Redruth 235-9 beat Luckett 89 all out
Gorran 139 all out beat Truro seconds 103 all out.
Today there are due to be three ECB National club Championship games: St Just v Werrington, Paul v St Austell, Truro v Falmouth.
