BRIDGWATER TO HOST BOVEY IN REGIONAL FINAL

Bridgwater CC batsman Chris Gange scored an unbeaten 165 as the Somerset side beat Cornish visitors Falmouth CC by 181 runs in the Kingfisher Beer Cup third round to ease into the last 32 of the national club cricket competition.
Gange - batting at three - helped the unbeaten West of England Premier League pace setters make 275-4 in 45 overs while Stefan Jones (3-10), Chris Skidmore (3-27) and Ian Bishop (3-55) all took three wickets as Falmouth were bowled out for 94 in the 21st over.
Bridgwater will now meet unbeaten Devon League Premier Division leaders Bovey Tracey CC in the group 10 final, due to be played on Sunday June 17 at The Parks.
Bovey won by 10 wickets at St Austell CC (134) after reaching their winning target in 18 overs without loss.
In group nine, South Wilts CC (179) beat Bath CC (116) by 63 runs. Jonathan Green took three wickets for 2011 West of England Premier champions Bath, James Hibberd three for Southern Premier League side South Wilts, second and unbeaten in Division One.
South Wilts play a waiting game to find out who they meet in the group nine final as the tie between South Wales Premier League leaders Sully Centurions CC and mid-table Glamorgan & Monmouthshire Cricket League club Panteg CC takes place next Sunday.
