The final takes placed over the championship links at Formby Golf Club, on the Lancashire coast.

Cornwall coach Dave "Benji" Thomas has named the gold and black side to face Gloucestershire in Saturday's Bill Beaumont Cup Division One South county championship opener at Cinderford RFC (Dockham Road, 1500).
Redruth's fit-again front row forward Darren Jacques is recalled to the starting line-up but Launceston's Tom Rawlings is still ruled out by injury so his place goes to Camborne's Sam Matavesi, who has just signed a new one-year deal to stay at Plymouth Albion.
