Cornwall beat border rivals Devon in the 2012 Tamar Cup at Polson Bridge, Launceston.
Cornwall raced into a 28-8 half time lead on their way to reclaiming the cup.

Devon top the men’s regional 2012 Channel League heading into May following a 9 ½ - 5 ½ home win over Gloucestershire at Yelverton Golf Club.
The win lifts Devon 1 ½ game points above cross-Tamar rivals Cornwall, who pipped them 8-7 in the league opener at Mullion in March.

Plymouth Leander Swimming are club champions of England & Wales for the fourth time in five years after dominating the 43rd National Arena League Final in Sheffield.
From the outset Leander – coached by Jon Rudd – set the pace in the pool and eventually won 22 of the 50 events breaking eight meet records in the process.

Cornwall and Devon cricketers suffered a frustrating start to their Minor Counties season thanks to the April showers.
Cornwall's MCCA Trophy group one opener against Oxfordshire was abandoned yesterday without a ball bowled at St Austell as the outfield was unplayable following heavy overnight rain.

Exeter Chiefs have bolstered their pack for the 2012/13 season by confirming the signing of Australian international forward Dean Mumm on a two-year deal.
The 28-year-old lock is set to leave Super 15 side New South Wales Waratahs at the end of the season and team up with Chiefs ahead of next term's twin assault on the Aviva Premiership and Heineken Cup.
