Cornwall amateur ace Sarah-Jane Boyd will lead England Golf’s bid for women’s glory at the European Nations Championship starting in Spain next Wednesday.
English amateur champion Boyd, from Truro, Hertfordshire’s Gabriella Cowley, runner-up in the recent Portugese International Ladies Championship, and Surrey’s Annabel Dimmock, winner of the Jones-Doherty Cup in the USA, represent England Women at Sotogrande from March 5-8.

Cheltenham beat City of Manchester 12-11 after a penalty shoot out to win their first men’s Water Polo Championships title.
The 2014 British Gas-sponsored competition at Manchester Aquatic Centre was filled with drama as Cheltenham held Super 5 winners Manchester to an 8-8 draw in normal time.
