Reasons why SWSN attempts to put as full a home ground address on sports fixtures as we can and why we request confirmation of kick off times:

• SWSN is trying to promote your club/team/sport as much as a one-man sports hub possibly can

• Not everyone knows where Aberavon RFC (Port Talbot) Bear Flat CC (Bath) Celtic Dragons netball (Cardiff) Elburton Villa FC (Plymouth) Imperial Hockey Club (Bristol) Old Sulians RFC (Bath) Welton Rovers FC (Midsomer Norton) or Forest Green Rovers (Nailsworth) play their home matches. I didn't until I wrote about them.

• Kick off times vary from website to website, page to page. I have trawled official club websites to find a kick off time advertised on the front page different to the one on the same club's fixtures or team page and believe it or not websites are not always the most reliable source :-)

• While on the subject I apologise if my @swsportsnews twitter feed fills up your timeline but I am passionate about promoting as much sport in the region as possible. I cannot apologise for tweets being as random as i am ...
