Up front, Jamal Ford-Robinson, Seb Blake and Kirill Gotovtsev all come into today's home starting XV as second from bottom Gloucester host Premiership basement side Newcastle.Behind them, Freddie Clarke joins Freddie Thomas in the second row.
Lewis Ludlow captains the side from the back row, where Ruan Ackermann and Zach Mercer slot in alongside him.
Caolan Englefield and Charlie Atkinson start as half-backs, with Seb Atkinson and Chris Harris in the midfield.
In the back field, Jonny May is set for his final Kingsholm appearance, as he's set to depart the club at the end of the season.
May is joined by Ollie Thorley and Josh Hathaway in the back field.
On the bench, Santi Socino and Alex Hearle are set to say their Kingsholm goodbye.
