Somerset County Cricket Club is the region's premier summer team, based at the County Ground, Taunton.
Throughout the summer we aim to bring you our own left field Somerset CCC stories and updates.
South West Sports News will feature club fixtures as well as encouraging you to attend as many Somerset games as you can, as sun-kissed matches at the County Ground are a joy to behold if you love top, first class county cricket.
Howzat? Somerset Cricket Club was formed in August 1875 following a cricket match at Sidmouth in Devon.
