Exeter University face two must-win England Hockey play-off games next weekend if they want to win promotion back to the Men’s Premier Division.
The Conference West champions were beaten 2-1 by Notttingham University in their play-off opener in Nottingham yesterday despite taking a 12th minute lead through Sam Hooper following a penalty corner.

Combination Finals night at Bath Rugby’s Recreation Ground has been rescheduled Wednesday April 25 following “adverse weather conditions over the last few days”.
The finals – Chippenham RFC vs Keynsham RFC in the cup and Corsham RFC vs Stothert & Pitt RFC in the vase – were originally scheduled to take place on April 11.
